She's back 🎉
Last updated 26th Jul 2021
Taylor Swift accidentally revealed her secret summer retreat at Portsalon, in County Donegal over the weekend. Eagle-eyed fans recognised the wooden bridge captured in her black and white snap.
Only the best for our 'swifty'...the beauty spot on the Fanad peninsula was recently named by travel publisher Lonely Planet as one Ireland's best beaches to visit.
The queen of pop and country shared pictures on social media promoting her new single, an orchestral version of The Lakes, released on Saturday to celebrate the first anniversary of her latest album, Folklore.
She wrote "It’s been 1 year since we escaped the real world together and imagined ourselves someplace simpler. With tall trees & salt air. Where you can wear lace nightgowns that make you look like a Victorian ghost & no one will side-eye you cause no one is around..."
Rumours started back in May when TV producer Aaron Nelson posted a TikTok video seeming to reveal that he was in Northern Ireland working on a project with Taylor.
It shouldn’t come as too much of a shock if she is over here with her boyfriend Joe Alwyn is filming Conversations with Friends in Belfast.
