20-year-old Troye Sivan has recently released his debut album 'Blue Neighbourhood' which shows he knows a thing or two about heartbreak and so this video fits in perfectly.
Even Taylor Swift loves him.
He first performed it on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and the song is as dreamy as he looks.
