New Sherlock Holmes photo revealed for upcoming Victorian special

Fans of Sherlock Holmes have been treated to a newly-released snap featuring Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman as excitement for the upcoming one-off Victorian special builds.
Despite having to wait until 2017 for series 4 of the show, fans can look forward to the one-off special due to be aired on the BBC around Christmas time.
Judging by the fancy period costumes, we can expect some form of time-travel in the episode, that has been described by producers as set in "it's own little bubble."
Three more episodes will follow as part of series 4, however filming is not due to commence until Spring 2016.
Speaking to the Independent, Stephen Moffatt, Co-Creator of Sherlock has revealed that the next series will "be dark in some ways." Season 3 of course famously ended with a teaser of criminal mastermind, Moriarty, potentially faking his own death...
Bring on Christmas, and bring on 2017!
