Formula 1 star Jenson Button and his model wife Jessica Michibata have called time on their marriage. The couple who married in December 2014 at an intimate ceremony in Hawaii have only been married for one year.
35-year-old Jenson and 31-year-old Jessica dated for five years before they tied the knot, and remain on good terms despite the split.
Jenson’s spokesperson announced the split with an official statement on behalf of the pair; “Jenson and Jessica have decided to go their separate ways and it is very amicable. There is no-one else involved.”
Their last public appearance together came back in October at the American Grand Prix in Texas, USA and Jenson posted this Instagram Picture on Jessica's birthday over eight weeks ago.
We wish the both of them the best as they go their separate ways.
