First image of Jason Momoa as Aquaman in Batman v. Superman revealed
The actor played Khal Drogo in Game of Thrones
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice director Zacky Snyder has revealed the first image of Aquaman in the upcoming movie.
The amphibious superhero is played by Hawaiian actor Jason Momoa - best known for playing Khal Drogo in Game of Thrones.
The image unveiled on Twitter this morning sees the muscle-bound and heavily tattooed Aquaman look menacingly into the camera while clutching his giant fork.
The ‘Unite The Seven’ phrase refers to the seven members of the DC Comics Justice League – Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Flash, Green Lantern, THE Martian Manhunter and Aquaman.
Starring Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot, Amy Adams, Diane Lane, Laurence Fishburne, Jesse Eisenberg and Jeremy Irons, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice his cinema screens across the globe in March 2016.
Filming on the movie ended in December 2014 and it’s now in post-production.
