The rest of the cast and crew have also been accounted for.
Fifty Shades Darker producer Dana Brunetti has confirmed that all cast and crew working on the film have been accounted for in a Facebook post overnight.
The production team had been in Nice to film the sequel to Fifty Shades of Grey, starring Northern Irish actor Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson.
The lead actor and actress were thought to be filming a romantic boat scene to the east of Nice hours before the attack which has killed at least 80 people who were celebrating Bastille Day.
Although nothing has been posted by the official Fifty Shades social media accounts, last night Eloise Mumford who plays Anastasia Steele's roommate Kate Kavanagh, posted a photo on Instagram with a broken heart emoji and a photo of a hand drawn French flag.
Rihanna was also in the French city as she was due to perform tonight (15th July) as part of her Anti World Tour and is believed to be safe, although they have now cancelled her show.
