Everyone’s furious with Kylie Jenner over her new launch

Kylie Jenner has caused all sorts of headlines in recent weeks over reports that she’s pregnant with her first child. Pretty much every time she posts a picture on Instagram or Snapchat, eagle-eyed fans are on the lookout any sign of a baby bump. And we’re still hoping for a joint pregnancy announcement with her big sister Khloe in the Kardashian’s annual Christmas card.

But Kylie’s latest posts on social media have vexed fans for a whole new reason – and it’s to do with her multi-million dollar cosmetics company.

Over the weekend, Kylie teased the launch of a range of luxury make-up brushes on Kylie Cosmetic’s Instagram account and fans were left shocked by the hefty price tag.

The full Silver Series Brush Collection will set you back $360 (roughly £268) and will be available to order from 13th December.

However, some people have taken to Twitter to claim they won’t be buying the brushes and have criticised Kylie over the high price.

One Twitter user wrote, 'So I’ve decided this brush set is ridiculous and I haven’t even spent $350 on all my makeup together. Thanks but I’ll buy food with that money instead.'

Another commented, 'You can get better quality makeup brushes at target, Kylie Jenner is full of herself and exactly why I will never invest my money into her products.'

After taking on board some of the comments, Kylie took to Twitter to defend the high price point, explaining that she always fights for the lowest prices.

She wrote, 'I have developed for you guys the most amazing luxury brushes ever. I am very excited! Real brushes don’t compare to synthetic brushes. Different performance/quality/everything. I am 100% down to do an entire synthetic line in the future which will ultimately be cheaper.'

She then added a comparison to other makeup brands.

Kylie then told her fans, 'But i hear you guys, love you guys and truly just want the best.'

Meanwhile Kylie has been showing off her MEGA Christmas tree to her fans on social media. Sharing a snap of her 20ft tree, she wrote, 'Thank you @jeffleatham & team for making my XMAS dreams come true! 20 feet of magic! Even more perfect in real life ... 🎀' sic
