With the Spice Girls' Spice World 2019 tour just around the corner we're dusting off our Buffalo boots, brushing up on the Stop choreography and have a few potential union jack dresses on our eBay watch list; and it looks like we're not the only ones ready to spice up our lives this summer.

Yep, actual-über-cool rapper Drake has been spotted wearing a hoodie in honour of the girls' iconic 1997 album Spiceworld backstage at his Assassination Vacation Tour show in London; and the internet's quite rightfully lost its cool!

Now the girls have denied reports the tour's set to be 'abandoned,' Drizzy thought he'd show Geri Horner, Emma Bunton, Melanie C and Mel B some love as he posed with Crystal Palace footballer Wilfried Zaha.

Acknowledging Drake's tribute, the Spice Girls reposted the snap with the caption: "Always knew @Drake was a Spice Boy 🇨🇦✌🏽🇬🇧".

Fans were also quick to notice the logo of Drake's own clothing brand, October's Very Own, on the sleeve of said Spiceworld hoodie. Could this mean a fashion collab's on the cards for the Spice World 2019 tour merchandise? 👀

One suggested: "So apparently Drake owns the Clothing Brand who designed the Spice Merchandise for the upcoming Tour!". Another asked: "Wait. His OVO Brand is doing the tour merch!?"

Er, YES PLEASE.

This all comes after the girls revealed they'll be releasing fancy 4K versions of their old music videos, including Wannabe and Spice Up Your Life. They teased: "We're super excited to announce that we'll be launching remastered 4K versions of our iconic music videos! They look incredible and we can't wait for you to see them."

14 shocking facts you never knew about the Spice Girls

1. They were originally called Touch

When the girls first got together, they were called Touch. It wasn't until Geri thought to change their name to Spice that the band eventually agreed on Spice Girls.
