Earlier this year, the America's Got Talent judges were wowed by the amazing voice from British teenager Courtney Hadwin, and now, as the final of the show approaches she's revealed she now has some VERY famous fans.

Courtney, who is from Hartlepool, told Christine Lampard on Lorraine that her influences include, "Janis Joplin, James Brown, Mick Jagger, Aretha Franklin, Tina Turner", before going on to reveal that in addition to the famous judges on the show, she has another very famous fan, 'Lullaby' singer, Paloma Faith!

Courtney revealed to Christine, "Paloma Faith tweeted me! She really liked me."

Courtney's dad then went on to explain, "It’s just been amazing. The support she’s had afterwards. We knew it was going to be big over there but we didn’t expect it to hit over here the way it has."

Christine then asked Courtney about her decision to sign up for America's Got Talent, after she appeared on The Voice UK, and she explained why saying, "It’s where all my idols are from. It’s the biggest show in the world."

In June, Courtney became an Internet sensation after she astounded the America's Got Talent judges and even won the Golden Buzzer from Howie Mandel, who told Courtney she wasn't 'from this era', before explaining the story how Janis Joplin was first signed.

Howie excitedly continued, "I'm Howie Mandel and I can't sign you to a record deal, the only thing I can do for you young lady is give you..." before leaning over the other judges to hit the Golden Buzzer.
