Big Brother stars Hughie Maughan and Ryan Ruckledge have revealed to fans they are set to marry.
The pair, who met in the famous house in June, confirmed the happy news on Twitter and admitted they are ‘so happy’ together.
Firsty, Blackpool born Ryan wrote ‘So the cats out the bag me and @hughie_maughan are officially engaged! So happy and can’t wait for the future #bigfatgypsywedding??’.
Not long after, Hughie shared the news writing ‘FINALLY me and Ryan can announce that we are OFFICIALLY ENGAGED! We are so happy and everything feels right, huge hi five 2 the doubters’ along with various wedding emoji’s.
Fans were quick to congratulate the pair on their happy news.
Despite many viewers of the show thinking they staged their romance for the cameras, since leaving the house the boys have constantly shared loved up snaps on their Instagram accounts.
Although Ryan was booted off the show in the earlier stages, Hughie made it all the way to the final, only losing out to winner Jason Burrill.
Big Brother wasn’t the first time Ryan appeared on TV. He was famously kicked off The X Factor in 2015 by Simon Cowell when he showed up to Boot Camp drunk.
