Published 4th Aug 2014

Beyoncé has made reference to the infamous lift fight between her sister Solange and husband Jay Z in a newly unveiled remix.

The hard-hitting reworking of ‘Flawless’, lifted from her self-titled fifth album, features guest vocals from the Queen of collaborations, Nicki Minaj, plus some pretty explosive lyrics.

Uploaded to soundcloud on Saturday, the surprise remix sees Queen Bey allude to the notorious Met Gala bust up with the lines:

*"We could go around and get some good karma, but no, we escalate up in this b*h like elevators. Of course sometimes st go down, when it's a billion dollars on an elevator."*

You can listen to the fiery track here (WARNING: EXPLICIT LANGUAGE):

After CCTV footage of Solange furiously attacking Jay Z in a lift leaked back in May, the family were forced to release a statement saying all was well.

It read: "Jay and Solange each assume their share of responsibility for what has occurred. They both acknowledge their role in this private matter that has played out in the public. They both have apologized to each other and we have moved forward as a united family."

Jay-Z and Beyoncé wrap up their joint On The Run Tour at 40,000 capacity AT&T Park in San Francisco on Wednesday night (6th August).

The couple come to Europe for two very special shows at the Stade de France in Paris in September.
