Ant and Dec get emotional over Byker Grove set visit
The boys take a trip down memory lane
Ant and Dec are much loved presenters of I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here, Britain's Got Talent and their own show Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway,** so it's easy to forget that they started out as actors on Byker Grove**.
During filming for a documentary When Ant and Dec Met the Prince: 40 Years of the Prince's Trust, the boys visited the set of the show and came over a bit teary eyed.
The series helped make Ant and Dec a household name and Dec can be seen getting quite emotional as he says they wouldn't be where they are without it, adding "we had some of the happiest times of our life here."
