Since then, fans have been speculating over Amber's love life and they went into overdrive earlier this week when she was photographed with The Only Way Is Essex star Pete Wicks.
The pair were out in a group of friends in Chigwell, with one bar posting the photo of them to their Twitter account.
With a number of fans asking the reality star if she's 'dating' Megan McKenna's ex, Amber has now made the decision to hit back at the rumours and she seemed to deny them.
Despite not actually naming Pete, Amber wrote, 'Waiting for the day you can chat to the opposite sex without it being a new current love interest'.
Amber announced she'd split from Kem at the beginning of December, with Kem releasing a statement to Mail Online reading, "With sadness, we’ve decided to separate. "We fell in love in the villa and want to thank all the fans of the show for supporting us.
"We still have a lot of love for each other and will remain good friends."
A source also revealed at the time that the pair had been 'clashing', telling a national newspaper, “It’s also been very hard for them to see each other with their hectic schedules."
Kem is set for a busy 2018 and is kicking off the year off by appearing on returning ITV show Dancing On Ice.
The 21-year-old has been partnered with Alex Murphy for the new series and he's been keeping his fans updated on Twitter with his training progress.
Sharing a funny video of himself on the training rink, Kem wrote, 'Never thought this time last year that I’d be training for @dancingonice ready to cut a few shapes on the ice in jan🕺🏽Have to say thank you so much to my lovely partner @almurph18 for being patient with me & having hope in my skating😩 but look at least we started lifts today...'. sic
Looking good Kem! 🙈
Kem joins the likes of Coronation Street actress Brooke Vincent, Hollyoaks actress Stephanie Waring and former X Factor star Jake Quickenden.
