'24' actor Sam Sarpong commits suicide
A spokesperson says he'll be greatly missed
Sam Sarpong, actor in the TV series ‘24’, has died with reports saying he committed suicide by jumping off a bridge.
His publicist confirmed the actor’s death in a statement, but wouldn't confirm the details as it's still being investigated. He described the British American star as having a ‘pure heart’ who ‘always went out of his way to help others’. It finishes on 'we will all miss him dearly'.
The family are asking for privacy during this time, including his sister June who's been a TV presenter on 'MTV' and 'T4'.
Sam posted a picture with his sister on Instagram earlier this year.
