Five weeks after the death of S Club member Paul Cattermole, the remaining members of the band have shared an emotional video, updating their fans on their planned 'S Club 7 Reunited' tour, set to take place in October.

The 'S Club 7 Reunited' arena tour was announced in February this year, and was set to see all original members of S Club reunite to play their biggest hits at several locations across the UK. Sadly, after Paul's death at the age of just 46, there was much speculation as to whether the tour will go ahead.

Now, five of the six remaining members of S Club have shared a video in which they confirm the tour will go ahead, without Hannah Spearritt. In the video, Tina Barrett, Bradley McIntosh, Jo O'Meara, and Rachel Stevens, could be seen sitting on a sofa, with Jon Lee on the floor in front of the others.

Jon starts the video apologising to fans: "Sorry it's been a while since you've heard from us. But in all honesty, we've been in a bit of shock and it's taken a while for us to find the right words to describe how we feel about losing our brother Paul."

Rachel then continues: "Just taking our time to process it all and also taking time to share time together, so we remember Paul and all the memories we had together..."

"It's just really sad," Tina adds. "It's really really hard to process it right now."

The band then continue to open up about their feelings about missing their band member, choking back their tears at times.

Jon then explains Hannah's absence saying: "You've probably already noticed there's only five of us here today, and although Hannah will always be a part of S Club 7, she won't be joining us on this tour, but we wish her all the best for the future. However, the five of us are really excited and geared up to crack on. It's going to be our tribute to Paul, so we are actually renaming the tour 'The Good Times Tour', which is the song that Paul was going to sing."

Since releasing the video, fans have been leaving comments of support, with one writing: 'sending so much love. calling the tour “Good Times” will be a beautiful tribute to Paul 💙' (sic), and another commenting: 'I'm a huge loyal fan forever. And I understand Hannah's decision. I love you guys!! I still can't wait to see you.'.

At the time of writing Hannah has yet to comment publicly about her decision not to tour with S Club.
