Last updated 28th Mar 2024
Following Leigh-Anne becoming the first current member of Little Mix to release her solo music, with 'Don't Say Love' the singer has now released her latest single called 'Stealin' Love'.
The song is the first to be featured on a collection of songs she intends to release, separate to her debut solo album, called 'No Hard Feelings'.
A week before releasing her new song, Leigh-Anne posted a series of photos, explaining to her fans that she has a collection of songs to release.
She wrote: 'I’ve been writing & recording so much working on my album but while making it, I’ve made a collection of songs that fit together in their own world. The first song is coming next week and then I’ll be sharing more new music in the following weeks. Sh*t’s about to get very real... 💚🍀 #NHF'.
Leigh-Anne also shared a screenshot that featured five songs, with four of song names blurred out. She shared a short clip of a song, as she dances along to it, with other photos showing her in a recording studio, and getting her make-up done.
Now, following the song's release, the singer has released the visualiser, which you can watch below.
Speaking about her new song, Leigh-Anne said: "'Stealin' Love' speaks to those times when you feel like you are pouring so much love into someone and not getting what you need back. I think it’s incredibly powerful to be open and honest about these moments."
At the time of her song announcement, Leigh-Anne also said in an email to her fans: 'Being a solo musician... it's incredibly freeing but incredibly scary. I'm such a perfectionist that I want everything and anything I put out to be the absolute best that it can be. Over the last year or so I've been crafting & creating the vision of the artist that I want to be.
'I can honestly say, that vision has never been clearer to me than it is right now. And while my album isn't quite finished yet (trust me, it's coming) there's a collection of songs I'm so incredibly proud of that I just want to put out as soon as possible, including 'Stealin Love' which you've probably heard a snippet of already.
'These songs, while not part of my album, have helped inform my direction as a artist, a songwriter and a musician. They represent me to the fullest and something in me said they needed to be heard in this way. I want you guys to be the first to know that I'm going to be sharing new music every few weeks, with a full project coming in the summer.
'I've spoken a lot about this journey and I strongly feel that these next few songs are so imperative to my journey, and I can't wait for you to hear (and SEE) it all really soon. As soon as... THIS WEEK! Stay tuned...'
