Join Jeff & Lauren as they ‘take a big chilly dook’ in the North Sea on Saturday 5th October 2024 at 10am down at Aberdeen Beach!

The challenge is to raise £30,000 for the Winter Warmer Appeal. If that target isn't reached by Friday 4th October at 10am, Jeff & Lauren will join you and take the plunge.

This year over 3,000 children may go without warm winter clothing and we need your help to tackle this crisis. Taking a dook will give you a small insight into the cold feeling that those children could feel everyday.

So sign up today to take part, donate and raise as much as you can, and get ready to plunge into the North Sea on the 5th October!
