Last weekend royalty and showbiz royalty came together to celebrate the wedding of Prince Harry and Meghn Markle, now known as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. And, while the wedding itself was amazing it seems the Duke and Duchess put some very thoughtful touches into the day.

Despite strict rules that the guests would have their phones confiscated for much for the day, it seems that a few managed to sneak them in and have posted photos from the big day. Pretty Little Liars actress Troian Bellisario, who was attending the Royal Wedding with her husband and Meghan Markle's Suits co-star Patrick J. Adams, gave fans a look at the thoughtful gifts from the couple. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex gave all of their female guests a pair of slippers, clearly thinking ahead to the evening do! Footage of the slippers were posted online by Troian

Troian posted a number of videos on Instagram showing off the very soft looking white slippers that every female guest was given. She told her social followers, 'How amazing is this, as these shoes have come off, they have slippers for us. Slippers! I’m so ready. I’m grabbing these'.

It seems that Troian wasn't the only person to post some sneak peaks of the wedding day. Tennis star Serena Williams and her husband Alexis Ohanian shared several photos of them with their baby daughter Alexis Olympia.

Guests at the Royal Wedding included the likes of Elton John, David and Victoria Beckham, George and Amal Clooney, musician James Blunt, actor Idris Elba, and American TV host Oprah Winfrey. See some of the celebrities in the gallery below.

As well as some of the famous faces attending Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's special day, the couple had also invited a number of members of the public. Earlier this year Kensington Palace said 2,640 people will be invited into the grounds of Windsor Castle to watch the arrivals of the Bride and Groom.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were married on Saturday 19th May at St George's Chapel in Windsor Castle and when Meghan Markle arrived next to Prince Harry he told her she looked amazing. Watch the moment below.

After the ceremony, the couple then had their first kiss as a married couple on the steps outside the chapel below, watch the below.
