Terms and Conditions:

1. Key Dates. The competition will be live from 06:00 on Monday 12th June to 09:00 on Friday 16th June 2017. There will be 10 periods within these dates that we will have active competition rounds. The active competition rounds will be available for entry for a maximum of 30 minutes. The presenter on KISS will direct the time that entries need to be in by. The 10 competition rounds will be active in the following periods…

· 08:00 – 08:30 on Monday 12th June

· 16:00 – 16:30 on Monday 12th June

· 10:00 – 10:30 on Tuesday 13th June

· 16:00 – 16:30 on Tuesday 13th June

· 07:00 – 07:30 on Wednesday 14th June

· 14:00 – 14:30 on Wednesday 14th June

· 12:00 – 12:30 on Thursday 15th June

· 16:00 – 16:30 on Thursday 15th June

· 07:00 – 07:30 on Friday 16th June

· 08:00 – 08:30 on Friday 16th June

Any entries received before / after these dates and times will not be counted but you may still be charged.

3. Restrictions. Only open to people who: (i) live in the UK; (ii) are 18 years or over at the date of their entry; and (iii) are not one of our employees (or living with one of our employees). You can enter this competition a maximum of 15 times per mobile number (including free entries)

4. How much it costs. You are responsible for all costs associated with entering this competition. Texts cost £1.50 (from the UK) + standard network rate. You must have permission from the bill payer before sending.

5. Bounce-backs and bonus entries. Once you’ve sent an entry text, you’ll receive an auto-response confirming your entry. You will then have the chance to text: WIN followed by a space then your answer to 64100, again (at a further cost of £1.50 plus one standard network rate message) and you will be entered 2 more times - your ‘3rd’ entry being free.

6. Draw details and winner announcement. Entries across the KISS FM (UK) network including KISS 100 FM, KISS 101 FM, KISS 105-8 FM and KISS across the UK on DAB will be pooled together after each of the 10 rounds. After the competition round has closed an entry will be selected at random. If the selected entrant has the correct answer to the question read out on-air then that entrant will be called back and awarded the prize. If the first randomly selected entrant does not have the correct answer, the winner selection process for that particular competition round will begin again and another entrant will be chosen. Winners will be awarded the prize on-air if they answer their phone however if the person doesn’t answer then they will still be awarded the prize. They will be contacted personally (as soon as possible and at least within 10 days of the end date).If we are unable to contact the ‘winner’ by 5pm on Monday 26th June, another draw will take place and an alternative winner will be awarded the prize.

7. Prize details. The prize for each of the 10 winners within the competition live period will win one pair of tickets to British Summer Time in Hyde Park, London on July 2nd 2017. The tickets are standard general admission. Travel costs and accommodation ARE NOT included in the prize. The prize is just the tickets to the show on July 2nd. Our prizes are always non-transferable and (unless the competition is for a cash prize) cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Data Protection. By entering the competition, you are automatically consenting to receiving marketing communications from us via SMS text message. You can opt out of this at any time by texting: STOP to 64100. This will be charged at your standard network rate but you will need to do this each time you text us to enter the competition. Your personal data will (regardless of whether you opt-out) always be used to process your entry. 9. Recording consents. We will sometimes (at our discretion) telephone entrants and ask them to speak on-air. You have the right to refuse, and your entry to the competition will not be affected by your refusal. If you consent, your voice will be recorded and you consent to this recording being used on our radio broadcasts. You agree that we will own this recording and that a copy of it will be stored for further exploitation, which may include promotion. Whilst on-air, you promise not to make any statement which is offensive or inappropriate or which would cause us, or our listeners, harm. You will not be put through to speak on-air if we think you are driving, intoxicated, likely to swear, or otherwise offend our listeners.

10. Other conditions. We will only accept entries that comply with our t&cs and we may disqualify you if we know or suspect that you have breached them. Our decision on the selection of the winner is final and we won’t engage in any correspondence or discussion about this or about the operation of this competition. We are not responsible for any network or technical issues you experience, such as latency of your mobile phone network, which may delay or prevent your participation. We have the right to cancel, amend, terminate or suspend this competition if forced to do so due to circumstances outside our control.
