If you're a dog owner you'll be aware of just how much we love our four-legged friends as a nation! Whether you've chosen to buy a rescue dog or opted for a new puppy, it can be a huge task to pick name, that of course the whole family agrees on!
Well, pet site TrustedHousesitters have now conducted research into the most popular UK dog names of 2024, and there's been a little change since last year.
The Top 10 most popular dog names of 2024:

2) Luna
3) Bella
4) Lola
5) Daisy
6) Ruby
7) Alfie
8) Willow
9) Molly
10) Coco
Names such as Monty, Mabel, Bertie, Max and Tilly also feature in the Top 20, check out the names placed 11-20 below:

Although they didn't quite make the Top 20, a lot of people have been inspired by foods when it comes to dog names this year, with names such a Custard, Gravy and Treacle all on the rise.
According to the research, people also take inspiration from the Royal family, TV shows, historical figures and pop culture when naming their pets.
