Now the Premier League season is over, Leeds United will be preparing for their return for the 2025/26 season.

The Whites were promoted in April, and finished top of the Championship.

They head into the top flight as champions.

Kieran Maguire is a football finance expert, he said: "Leeds United promotion means they're likely to increase their revenues by around about £140-150 million."

The last time Leeds United were promoted in 2020, they lasted a couple of seasons in the Premier League before being relegated.

Kieran explained there's huge benefits to being in the top flight: "Commercial partners will be desperate to get their products alongside the Leeds United brands, given it's so successful."

The 2025/26 Premier League season will start on the weekend of August 16/17, 2025.
