Three members of a Keighley based grooming gang have had their prison sentences lengthened, after they were deemed unduly lenient.

Ibrar Hussain and brothers Imtiaz and Fayaz Ahmed were jailed for historic child sex offences earlier this year, though the two brothers are currently on the run.

47 year old Hussain will now serve ten years, up from six and a half, after he was found guilty of two counts of rape.

Imtiaz Ahmed, 61, will serve 11 years rather than nine over a rape conviction.

45 year old Fayaz Ahmed had had his prison term increase from seven and a half years to ten at the Royal Courts of Justice.

The trio were jailed for offences which happened in the Keighley area between 1996 and 1997, against a young female victim aged between 14 and 15 at the time.
