Rafiq has released 'It's Not Banter It's Racism' today and it comes following his experiences at the club.

He told us how him speaking out, has already helped to call out inappropriate behaviour.

He said: "When a parent rings you up and says my daughter went into a dressing room and called the P word, that was the negative side of it, but the positive side was, because of your testimony, she came up and told us, and we dealt with it.

"So at least a young girl didn't do what I did and look the other way and try hide it."
