Police arrest two teens over claims a Hartlepool teacher's been assaulted

Two teenagers have been arrested following reports a teacher in Hartlepool has been attacked.

Police were called out to Manor Community College at around 11.30am on Thursday (3 April).

Officers tell us, following the reports, the school was then put into lockdown as a result.

Cleveland Police say no weapons were reported to have been used and no other pupils injured.

Officers attended to the scene and two teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of assault.
