4 people are now charged with murder, in connection with an incident in North Ormesby earlier this month.

Three men, aged 24, 26 and 31 and a 17-year-old boy - have all been charged with murder and section 18 wounding.

The 31-year-old man, who has also been charged with murder and section 18 wounding, appeared at Teesside Magistrates Court on Tuesday 18 November.

While the men aged 24 and 26 and the 17-year-old boy appeared at Teesside Crown Court on Tuesday 18 November.

Two women, aged 36 and 39, both from Middlesbrough have been arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender and released on conditional bail.

A 23-year-old man from Middlesbrough was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and section 18 wounding and is on conditional bail.

The charge relates to the stabbing of a man which led to the death of Anthony Dickons, aged 44, on Orme Court on Thursday 6 November.

Another 44-year-old man also sustained injuries and was treated in hospital.
