A teenage boy who was killed in a car crash near Sudbury's been named locally.

17 year old Sam Parsons died after a car he was driving hit a tree on Sudbury Road on Saturday evening.

Now, his football club, Cornard United, have shared a tribute to Sam, saying he was a 'stalwart in the under 18s team'.

They say they'll be observing a minute's silence at their next match.
