Teenage girl 'grabbed by the throat' during Lowestoft assault

Police are appealing for witnesses after a teenager was grabbed by the throat during an assault in Lowestoft.
I happened outside the Greggs in London Road North yesterday (November 12), with the girl being left struggling to breathe after it happened.
She was with a group of young people who were approached by an unknown man between 4.45pm and 5.05pm.
He's described as being between 30 and 40 years old, with fair hair and wearing black clothing.
Witnesses or anyone with information are being urged to contact Suffolk Police on 101.
