Managers at the White Hart in Boxford say its due to circumstances beyond their control
A Suffolk village pub has announced its to close 'for the foreseeable future'.
The White Hart in Boxford, which was taken over by new management last year, says its due to "circumstances out of our control".
In a statement on social media, bosses at the pub said: "We'd like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of our customers who have come through our doors at The White Hart."
"It has been fun and a great pleasure to serve you all over the past year, we hope to reopen the business in the near future.
"We have worked tirelessly to avoid the closure of The White Hart however the circumstances that have caused this are out of our control.
"We hope this is a see you soon and not goodbye.
"Thanks for all the memories and we hope to see you in the near future back at The White Hart when we reopen."
