People urged to be vigilant following spate of burglaries in Ipswich
These incidents took place between 23 and 31 March.
Police are urging people to be vigilant and are appealing for witnesses after four properties were broken into in Ipswich, including three where jewellery, cash and other items totalling thousands of pounds were stolen.
These incidents took place between 23 and 31 March.
The first incident took place between midday on Saturday 23 March and midday on Friday 29 March in Dereham Avenue, Ipswich. (Crime reference 37/17553/24).
Between 6pm and 8.30pm on 29 March, a property was broken into in Rands Way, Ipswich. (37/17424/24).
Between 6.30pm and 8.40pm on Saturday 30 March, a property in Tern Road, Ipswich was broken in to. (37/17603/24).
A further burglary was reported in Limetree Drive, Ipswich on Sunday 31 March. This is believed to have occurred between 6.30pm and 9.30pm
In total thousands of pounds worth of jewellery were stolen in the burglaries, which officers believe may be connected.
