Ipswich set sights on top of the Championship as they face Watford
The Blues could end the night top of the Championship
Ipswich could end the night top of the Championship - if they win their home match against Watford.
The Tractor Boys will need to take all three points from their clash with Watford.
They host the Hornets in a 7.45pm kick-off at Portman Road in what is the first of two home fixtures this week, with Middlesbrough also travelling to Suffolk on Saturday afternoon.
Boss Kieran McKenna's told TownTV he's feeling looking forward to the challenge: "We’ve got a big week ahead of us.
"We’ve got two really tough games but two really exciting games. The energy has been good and everyone has been looking forward to Wednesday night, first and foremost.
"It’s a tough game, there’s no doubt about it. I think they’ve got a really strong squad, it’s certainly one of the strongest squads in the division.
"They’re easily capable of being much, much higher in the table than they are, but it doesn’t change the fact that they’ve got a very high level of individual talent.
"They’ve got some good experience and physicality, good quality and good depth in their team.
"We know it’s going to be a challenging game, but we also know it’s a Wednesday night at Portman Road.
"We know what we’re capable of in our stadium and what the supporters give to the atmosphere."
