Cllr David Ellesmere, Leader of Ipswich Borough Council, said:

“We are pleased to see the return of WS Training to IP-City Centre. It is a sign of the success of both the business and IP-City Centre that they have taken this additional accommodation. This is a positive indication of recovery in the local economy. We are seeing a definite upswing in the Ipswich lettings market and the Council is experiencing a lot of interest in its commercial properties. There are still a small number of office units available at IP-City Centre but there is strong demand and they are going fast.”

SJane Wood, Owner and Executive Chair, WS Training said:

“We are delighted to be moving back to IP-City. The opportunity to expand our premises at IP-City has enabled us to create tailor-made work spaces, providing the perfect learning environment to ensure we can fully support all our learners to reach their potential and gain invaluable knowledge, skills and behaviours.”
