Will Best is a popular TV and radio presenter, best known for being a presenter on Hits Radio and fronting ITV's rebooted series of Big Brother.
Is he going on Strictly?
He sure is! Will was announced as a contestant on the 2026 series of Strictly Come Dancing on Tuesday 15th July! He said: "I can’t quite believe it…I’m doing Strictly! What an absolute dream. Albeit a pretty terrifying one.
"I’ve been lucky to do lots of live telly before, but absolutely nothing like this. And I cannot wait! I have no idea if I can actually dance, but bring on the sequins, bring on the quicksteps, bring on the dance floor! I’m going to try to enjoy every minute of it."
Will joins the likes of Lacey Turner, Dani Dyer and Cach Mercer.
How old is he?
Will was born on 21st February 1985. making him 41-years-old.
Where is he from?
Will was actually born in Wandsworth, London, but he was raised in Tadcaster near Leeds.
When did Will Best join Hits Radio?
Will's first show on Hits Radio Breakfast took place on 28th April 2025.
However, Will was already a huge part of the Hits Radio family having covered for Sam Thompson whilst he was on I’m a Celebrity...Unpacked!, and he was also the host of an exclusive Off the Record session for the station with David Guetta in the summer of 2024.
In November 2025, Will joined Fleur and James on stage at our Hits Radio Live events in Birmingham and Manchester as they hosted the gigs full of acts such as Calvin Harris, JADE, Olly Murs and Ella Henderson.

Does he host Big Brother?
He sure does! Will has hosted popular entertainment show Big Brother alongside AJ Odudu since ITV made the decision to revive the show in 2023.
As well as the main show, Will and AJ also present spin-off series Big Brother: Late & Live, as well as the celebrity edition of the show.
Although Celebrity Big Brother is being rested by bosses, the 2026 series of Big Brother is expected to return in September 2026.

Will first made his presenting debut on TV way back in 2010, hosting a comedy music show called Such My Pop on Viva. Over the years, Will has presented shows like Love Shaft, Dance Dance Dance and CBBC series Airmageddon. as well as fronting a hard-hitting BBC documentary called Is This Rape?: Sex on Trial.
Will also appeared as a contestant on hit Channel 4 series Celebrity Coach Trip back in 2022, as well as fronting a hard-hitting BBC documentary called Is This Rape?: Sex on Trial.
