'Blindside' singer James Arthur joined us at Hits Live Manchester, where he wowed the audience with his biggest hits. No stranger to our gigs, Hits Live veteran James said he was excited to be back on stage.

The singer, who has recently announced a huge tour for 2024, along with a homecoming gig in Middlesbrough, told Tom Green backstage about his plans for next year, and some of the strangest things he's requested on his rider.

Admitting he's never had any requests turned down, James said: "I don't have that many requests these days, I used to have quite an extensive rider. (At the start) I was like, ‘I can have anything?' So I’ll have Greggs on there then..."

"Now I've realised all I need is loads of water and maybe some coffee. Nothing too crazy," he revealed.

When Tom asked: "How far can you push on a rider? Can I get a Rolex? Can I get a Ferrari for the evening?"

James admitted: "I've never been told no to anything, I've literally asked for more things... I asked for a microwave once, right. Got that! I’ve had it all!"

The singer, who nearly didn't release his hit 'Blindside', also revealed what he's most excited for next year, as he has a sold out tour to look forward to.

"Next year is gonna be mental for me. I'm going everywhere. I've just sold out UK Arena tour, we've just added a couple more shows. I'm doing a massive homecoming gig at the Riverside Stadium in Middlesbrough. Just bonkers gigs!"

He added: "I just wasn't expecting the reaction to putting on some live shows again... It's blowing me away, so it's going to be a massive world tour next year basically."
