Ava Max has just released her latest song 'My Oh My' and to celebrate the release she joined Angellica, James and Matt on Hits Radio Breakfast to talk about her upcoming album, and the possibility of a tour.

The singer, who has had huge hits such as 'Sweet but Psycho', 'The Motto' with Tiësto, and 'Whatever' with Kygo, opened up about her forthcoming third album, the follow-up to 'Diamonds & Dancefloors', admitting writing it was like therapy.

"I've had some things happen last year personally that I will talk about on this album, but I wanted to start off, you know, a little fun. And the we'll get into the really emotional things," Ava explained.

"It was kind of like therapy, like I did not go to therapy and my friend looked at me and said 'look Ava, you literally went in therapy the last six, seven months,' and I said, 'what do you mean?'. She's like, 'you've written everything down in your journal', I was like, 'you're right, it was therapeutic, all of this!'

"And you don't realise this until after, you have an album! Crazy!"

Ava released her second album 'Diamonds & Dancefloors' in 2023, which spawned songs such as 'Maybe You're the Problem', 'Million Dollar Baby', 'Weapons', as well as releasing her song 'Choose Your Fighter', which was featured on the Barbie movie.

As well as releasing new music, she when on a huge tour, including the UK in 2023, so the team asked if she planned to come back for another tour. While not confirming anything in particular, Ava did seem to suggest that another tour was in the pipeline, telling Angellica, James and Matt: "Obviously I want to tour all the time, I love touring...

"I feel like I'm touring a lot when I travel, but no, a 'tour tour', we haven't scheduled an exact date, but we're playing around with an idea."

However when it came to narrowing down when it could be she said: "Some time in my lifetime?" 🤣
