Tributes paid to victim of Norton Canes murder
Police are still at the scene in the village near Cannock
Investigations are continuing after a man died near Cannock on Christmas Day.
A 33-year-old woman was arrested and is being questioned on suspicion of murder, over the death of a man in the village of Norton Canes.
Police were called to a house on Elm Road in the early hours of Christmas morning to reports of someone in cardiac arrest. A man in his 30s, was pronounced dead a short time later.
The victim has been named locally as young Dad Louis Price with tributes on social media saying he was somebody who always had your back, and made people laugh.
Others said he was 'a beautiful guy', with another post saying 'another good lad gone too early'. Floral tributes are also starting to be left near to the crime scene.
Police and forensics are continuing with their investigations at the scene, and there is an increased neighbourhood Police presence in the area.
