Two men charged over death of Doncaster dad outside Balby social club
The men face charges for manslaughter, assault and perverting the course of justice
Two men have been charged in connection with the death of dad Jason Gaskin in Doncaster two year ago.
Jason was found unconscious outside Park Social Working Men’s Club in Balby on October 29 2023 and later died.
After a lengthy investigation, charges have been brought against two men.
Jake Wells, 27, of Balby, stands accused of manslaughter.
James Neeson, 49, also of Balby, has been charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm and perverting the course of justice.
Both are due to appear at Sheffield Magistrates’ Court on Friday November 28.
Jason's family has been informed of the charges and continues to receive support from officers.
Police are still appealing for anyone with information about Jason's death to come forward.
