Murder charge after man found unresponsive in Newport

A man's been charged with murder as police investigate the death of another man in Newport.
Lee Crewe was found unresponsive with serious injuries by Gwent Police after they were called to Chepstow Road on Tuesday 14 May.
The Welsh Ambulance Service later confirmed the 36-year-old's death.
His family described him as "lovely, inside and out."
A 21-year-old from Newport was arrested on suspicion of murder.
He's now been charged with murder, and remanded in custody to appear before Newport Magistrates Court on Monday 20 May.
Gwent Police add they are not looking for anyone else in connection with the incident, and believe Mr Crewe's death to be an "isolated incident."
Detective Chief Inspector Virginia Davies, the senior investigating officer, said:
"Our thoughts remain with Lee Crewe’s family and friends at this time.
"As part of our investigation, we want to speak to anyone who may have any information or details that could assist our enquiry, particularly if you’ve not yet spoken to us.
"Our officers remain in the area carrying out enquiries, if you have any concerns or information, please do stop and talk with them."
Anyone with information that can assist with the investigation, including CCTV or dashcam footage from Chepstow Road or near Merriott Place between 4:45pm and 7pm on Tuesday, is being asked to get in touch.
