M4: Drivers face delays as wet weather impacts travel

Drivers are facing long delays on the M4 because of wet weather and crashes.
A car has overturned near Bridgend closing one lane eastbound, while flooding and a broken down vehicle are adding to queues on the Prince of Wales bridge.
Police are urging people to avoid the area.
Whilst there has also been an incident in Gloucestershire.
In an update, National Highways South West said: "2 (of 3) lanes are closed on the M4 in Gloucestershire eastbound between J23 and J22 due to a infrastructure defect.
"National Highways Traffic Officers are on scene dealing with traffic management.
"Delays are currently 30 minutes above normal travel time."
