A man has been jailed after police discovered class A drugs during a search at an address in Bournemouth.
Officers executed a warrant at the property in Christchurch road at around 7.55am on Tuesday 17th June 2025.
Inside, 42-year-old Craig Abbott, from Liverpool, was seen putting his hand into his pocket.
Abbott was searched and found to be in possession of crack cocaine and heroin that was ready to be sold.
On a table in the property, officers discovered drugs paraphernalia, including empty cling film wraps and crack pipes.
Mobile phones seized from the address linked Abbott to the sale of drugs in Bournemouth.
Abbott pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply and was sentenced to four years and one month in prison at Bournemouth Crown Court on Friday 24th October 2025.
Neighbourhood Sergeant Ash White, of Bournemouth East police, said: “We remain absolutely committed to tackling drug dealing in our communities.
“There is no place for drugs in Dorset, and we will do all we can to root out offenders such as Abbott and ensure they are held to account.
“We would continue to urge the public to report any information they may have on suspected drug-related activity in their area so we can build up an intelligence picture of what is occurring and take robust action.
