Man attacked with a machete in Tipton
A man in his 20's was approached by two men in Victoria Park
A man has been attacked with a machete in Tipton.
It happened on Saturday 28th June around 8.30pm. Police say the man, in his 20's, was approached by two men.
He was hit in the face with the machete, leaving him in hospital with serious injuries.
West Midlands Police said:
"We’re carrying out extensive enquiries and our officers remain in the local area today as we try to find those responsible.
"We understand this is a worrying incident and we would urge anyone with concerns to speak to officers.
