More celebrities are taking the age test, including Jameela Jamil, GK Barry and Alan Davies
Last updated 30th Sep 2025
Season two of Katherine Ryan’s chart-topping podcast ‘What’s My Age Again?’ is back to provide you with your weekly dose of laughs, surprise and insight into the world of ageing, wellness and self-discovery.
The prolific Canadian comedian and television personality is asking her celebrity friends: how old are you? How old is your body? And what do you do to stay young? The big reveal comes when they take a Glycanage blood test to find out how old they ‘really’ are.
The first season saw huge guests like Katie Price find out she had a biological age of 70, while others like Jill Scott and Adam Buxton received 50 and 22 respectively.
What’s season two about?
In the new season, we find out about a host of famous faces including Jameela Jamil, Alan Davies, Natalie Cassidy, Katie Piper and Tim Spector, while Katherine will also take another test to see if she’s improved her biological age of 77 as revealed on season one.
“The first season gave us some really eye-opening moments when finding out our guests' real biological ages,” says Katherine. We had disappointment, delight and disbelief and I still can’t believe they all willingly handed over their blood to be tested. This season I am excited to be back again with more famous friends to find out whether their lifestyle is helping or hindering them in their quest for longevity. I’ll also get the chance to take the test again to see if I can improve on my own age of 77.”
New this season will be weekly bonus episodes hosted by our resident scientist Dr Nichola Conlon, who will be answering listener’s questions about biological age and the aging process.
The first episode is out now and features influencer GK Barry - the youngest guest to appear on the podcast so far. Listen on Rayo, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music or wherever you get your podcasts.

Alan Davies
Comedian, presenter, writer and actor Alan Davies is best known for being the only permanent panellist on BBC’s QI, as well as the duffel-coat wearing magician’s assistant Jonathan Creek on the mystery drama show of the same name.
His comedy career spans 5 decades, and he’s 59 on the outside – but how old is he on the inside?
Emma Barnett
British journalist and broadcaster Emma Barnett is a powerhouse, with high-impact work that consistently hits headlines. She’s currently on the presenting team of BBC’s ‘Today’, but was previously a BBC Five Live presenter and the host of BBC Radio 4’s Woman’s Hour.

Jameela Jamil
The multi-talented and outspoken Jameela Jamil needs no introduction. The British actor, writer and activist shot to universal fame in her role as Tahani on ‘The Good Place’, but was recognised in the UK long before that as a presenter on Channel 4 and the BBC.
