Woman left with life threatening injuries after New Years Eve crash in Oxfordshire
A 23 year old man from Kidlington is custody.
The incident happened on the A420 in Watchfield, near Shrivenham just after 10pm on New Years Eve.
A black VW Golf hit trees as it left the road, eventually ending up back in the middle of the road on its roof.
The 25-year-old female passenger sustained life-threatening injuries. Police say she is in a critical condition at the John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford.
A 23-year-old man from Kidlington has been arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving, driving while disqualified, driving whilst unfit through drink and using driving without insurance.
He remains in custody.
