Investigation underway after incident in York nightclub
The alleged sexual assault took place at the start of the month

North Yorkshire Police are appealing for witnesses and information about an incident of sexual assault by touching that occurred earlier this month.
It happened between 1.30am and 2.15am, in the early hours of Sunday 1 December 2024, at Popworld on George Hudson Street in York city centre.
The force are now appealing to anyone who has any information that could assist the ongoing investigation.
