Scarborough’s coronavirus infection rate has fallen for the second day running.
The borough’s seven day infection rate per 100,000 people is now 47, down from 49 yesterday and 64 on Friday.
Scarborough is averaging seven new cases every day.
The average infection rate for England stands at 91, down from 96 yesterday, while North Yorkshire as a whole has now dropped to 62, a reduction of seven in the last 24 hours.
Mobile testing facilities are available in Whitby, Scarborough and Filey this weekend for anyone with symptoms to get tested.

William Street Coach Park in Scarborough is still offering testing seven days a week from 8am until 8pm.

Meanwhile, nearly two-thirds of fines for breaking coronavirus rules in North Yorkshire over the weekend were in Scarborough.
101 fixed penalty notices were issued in the borough out of a total of 169 across the county.
