Man charged with nine offences following vehicle crash in Norwich
A man has been charged with multiple offences after a crash in Norwich and is due to appear in court next month
A man has been charged with nine offences after a vehicle crashed into a property on Mousehold Avenue in Norwich on Saturday 17 May.
Two men in their twenties were arrested at the scene shortly after 3pm and taken to Wymondham Police Investigation Centre for questioning.
Carley Nelson, 26, of Lound Road, Norwich, has been charged with two counts of possession with intent to supply a class A controlled drug – heroin and crack cocaine, failing to stop a vehicle, driving without insurance, driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence, possession of criminal property, possession of a class B controlled drug – cannabis, dangerous driving, and possession of a knife.
Nelson has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Norwich Magistrates’ Court on 10 July 2025.
The other man, also in his twenties, has been released on police bail and is required to attend Wymondham Police Investigation Centre on 5 August 2025.
