2nd Benwell explosion victim named
A man who died following a large explosion in Newcastle last week can now been identified.
A man who died following a large explosion in Newcastle last week can now been identified.
Northumbria Police say Jason Laws, 34, died at the scene as a result of the incident in Violet Close in the early hours last Wednesday.
Jason’s next of kin are being assisted by specially-trained officers.
His family are expected to release a tribute to him at a later date.
