Witness appeal after teenager trapped between two cars in Tameside
He's now recovering in hospital
A teenager is in a stable condition in hospital after getting trapped between two cars in Tameside on Friday night.
Officers were chasing a Toyota HiAce through Dukinfield and Openshaw at around 11:40pm when both driver and passenger abandoned the vehicle and tried to escape along Wheler Street.
The passenger was then hit by the car which he'd just got out of and became pinned to a parked vehicle.
He's now recovering in hospital.
The driver of the Toyota remains unknown. Greater Manchester Police say they're pursuing 'multiple lines of enquiry'.
