Three people seriously injured after crash in Manchester city centre
A man's been arrested following the crash this morning
Three people have been taken to hospital with serious injuries after a crash in Manchester city centre this morning.
Police were called to Oxford Road at about 1.20am to reports a Mercedes had crashed.
Three people were treated at the scene by emergency services before being taken to hospital.
The road was shut overnight but has now reopened.
A 22-year-old man has been arrested for causing serious injury by driving without due care and attention.
Officers from GMP's Serious Collision Investigation Unit are appealing for information.
