Motorcyclist fighting for life after Oldham crash
It happened on Sunday evening
A motorcyclist's fighting for his life in hospital after a crash in Oldham yesterday (Sunday 7 January 2024).
Officers were called to Whitby Road at around 4.15pm.
The motorbike was travelling south and collided with a car that was turning into April Close.
Emergency services attended the scene and took the rider, a 23-year-old man to hospital, where he remains in critical condition.
No arrests have been made at this stage, and the driver of the vehicle is assisting police with their enquiries.
Officers are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this incident - or may have dashcam, CCTV or mobile footage from the area at the time of the incident - to come forward.
