Manchester man charged with attempted murder of toddler
Police found a two-year-old in Blackpool with facial and neck injuries
A man from Manchester has been charged with the attempted murder of a toddler in Blackpool.
Police were called around 8.15am on Wednesday (December 7) to a report of an assault at an address in Brun Grove.
Officers attended an address and found a two-year-old with facial and neck injuries.
He was taken to hospital for treatment. He has since been discharged and is back home with his family.
Lewis Prince, who's from Browning Road in the Swinton area of Manchester, has been charged with attempted murder, assault and driving offences.
He is due to appear before Blackpool Magistrates’ Court today (Friday, December 9th)
